Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Infamous! We sell branded merch, apparel, and accessories—some of which are produced and shipped on demand by third-party fulfillment partners (such as Printful). Because of how on-demand production works, our return and refund options are different than traditional retail.

What You Can Expect

1. On-Demand Items (e.g., Printful Fulfilled)

Since many products are printed or created just for you when the order is placed, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size issues, or change of mind unless otherwise noted. This is because these items are custom-made to order and cannot be restocked easily. Printful Help Center

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To request one:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos showing the issue, and a brief description.

We will work with our fulfillment partner to review your claim. For quality issues confirmed by the fulfillment partner, we will issue a replacement or refund at no extra charge. Printful Help Center

Lost Packages

If the carrier tracking shows your package was lost or never delivered:

  • Contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
    We’ll investigate with the fulfillment partner and carrier to determine the next step, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. Printful Help Center

Returns of Fulfilled Products

In many cases for production errors, you won’t need to return the item before we issue a refund or replacement. The fulfillment partner may request photos instead of a return. Printful Help Center

If a physical return is required:

  • We will provide specific instructions.

  • Returned products may be sent back to the fulfillment location on file.

Exchanges & Size Issues

Because each item is made after purchase, we generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, you can place a new order and reach out for guidance—sometimes we can help facilitate a new print at cost depending on stock and production availability.

What’s Not Covered

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items you simply changed your mind about

  • Incorrect size or color choices

  • Personalized items that were made to your custom specifications

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to show in your account after processing.

Shipping and fulfillment costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defect.
