Infamous Brewing Co. offers a mix of brewery-shipped merchandise and on-demand items fulfilled by third-party production partners (such as Printful). Because of this hybrid system, shipping times and methods may vary by product.
Order Processing Times
1. Brewery-Shipped Merchandise
Items that we keep in stock at the brewery (hats, glassware, stickers, small merch runs, etc.) typically ship within:

Shipping times vary by carrier selection at checkout
During holidays, sales, or special releases, fulfillment may take slightly longer.
2. Dropshipped / On-Demand Items (Printful & Other Partners)
Some apparel and specialty items are printed or assembled after your order is placed. For these products:

Production Time: usually 2–7 business days

Shipping Time: varies by region and chosen shipping method

Items may arrive separately from other items in your order
Because these products are created on demand, processing cannot be expedited.
Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it contains a mix of brewery-shipped items and on-demand dropshipped items.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Selected shipping method
Certain heavy or fragile items (e.g., glassware) may have additional packaging or handling costs.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may differ depending on the carrier and whether the item was fulfilled by:

Shipping Errors & Lost Packages
1. Wrong Address
If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned or undeliverable:

We can reship once the corrected address and additional shipping payment are received.
On-demand items cannot be reprinted for free due to address mistakes.
2. Lost in Transit
If a package appears lost:

Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We will investigate with the carrier and/or dropship partner.
Confirmed lost packages will be reprinted or refunded depending on the fulfillment method.
Delivery Issues (Damaged, Missing Items)
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
For Printful-fulfilled items, damage claims must be submitted within their required window, so timely notice is important.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to the U.S. only OR offer limited international shipping based on product type. Printful-fulfilled items may have different regional shipping limitations.
Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes
For international orders (if enabled), the buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are not included in product pricing or shipping fees.
Dropshipped items may ship from various fulfillment centers in the U.S. or internationally, depending on the product.
