These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Infamous Brewing Co. online store

(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or purchasing from this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. General Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of Infamous Brewing Co. or any third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion, including suspected fraud or misuse.

2. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure our product listings, descriptions, and images are accurate. However:

  • Colors may vary due to screen settings

  • Sizes may differ slightly depending on manufacturer

  • Availability may change without notice

Some products are fulfilled via on-demand dropshipping partners, such as Printful, and may differ slightly from imagery depending on production batches.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on the site are in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice.

Payment is collected at the time the order is placed. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment systems supported by our checkout platform.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • The payment information you provide is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

4. Fulfillment & Shipping

Orders may be fulfilled from:

  • Infamous Brewing Co. (Austin, TX), or

  • Third-party dropshipping/print-on-demand partners (such as Printful)

Because of this hybrid fulfillment model:

  • Items in an order may ship separately

  • Processing and transit times vary by product

  • Tracking numbers may come from multiple sources

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Returns and refunds are subject to the guidelines in our Refund & Return Policy.
Please review those conditions before purchasing, especially for items produced on demand.

On-demand/dropshipped items generally cannot be returned unless damaged, defective, or misprinted.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, product designs, images, website content, and trademarks—including the Infamous Brewing Co. logo, Infamous Webstore branding, and all associated artwork—are the property of Infamous Brewing Company LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or use our intellectual property without written permission.

7. User Accounts & Personal Information

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current information.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (if you want, I can draft that next).

8. Third-Party Services & Dropshipping Partners

Some fulfillment, payment processing, and shipping services are provided by third parties.
By using the Infamous Webstore, you acknowledge that:

  • Third-party terms may apply

  • Production quality, shipping times, or packaging may vary

  • Delays or errors caused by fulfillment partners are not always within our direct control

We will assist in coordinating solutions whenever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Infamous Brewing Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for errors or delays caused by third-party vendors, carriers, or fulfillment partners

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from purchases or website use shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Travis County, Texas.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner. 

 

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

 

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.
